I started Amazing Gracie today. This book so far is about a man who lives with a friend in an old ratty mansion which they are hoping to fix up and sell. His friend has 2 dogs that are very affectionate and crave attention. He himself had his own dog, blue, who had recently pasted away. His friend at work has just got a Great Dane puppy and had brought it into work. This new puppy had reminded him of blue and all the feelings one receives after losing a close friend. The puppy was 8 weeks old and was already pretty big. The breeder that the dog came from was not exactly the greatest man in the world either. He had many other Great Danes at his house and he lived like a slob, not showing much care for himself or the dogs.
