The guy had gotten the attention of the dog and imediately made a connection. The dog for the first time let out a bark of happiness. The dog had big paws and big eyes. She was to be put to sleep the next day, and the breeder had nothing good to say about the dog. He had a very negative attitude about the dog because she was the runt and deaf. Now anyone who has dogs knows that those are no reasons to not like a dog. Most dogs lose their hearing in their advanced years anyway so thats almost a non issue. The guy had felt for a moment as thought he had been disrespecting his old dog blue, but later felt that blue might have wanted this. He also felt compelled to save the dogs life so he took her home.
